Shannon Turner Cakes, a bespoke cake design studio, specializes in creating alluring and provocative wedding and special occasion cakes, with meticulous attention to detail.
Shannon also specializes in the creation of beautiful, realistic wafer paper and sugar flowers to elevate the design, artistry, and unique style of the cakes she creates.
Although mostly self-taught, Shannon has over two decades of baking and cake design experience, and has received masterclass training from some of the best cake designers in the world, including Minette Rushing (Minette Rushing Cakes) and Winifred Kriste (Winifred Kriste Cake). Her work has been featured in local and regional publications.
